Curry Mustard by Brooklyn Delhi

Brooklyn Delhi’s curry mustard combines earthy notes of cumin and paprika, tangy tamarind and sweet brown sugar for the perfect accent to burgers, brats, sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie boards.

After brining whole brown and yellow mustard seeds overnight, they grind them just enough to be easily spreadable but with some texture.  Each jar is flavored with their very own curry powder made from 7 spices.
